Taste of West Bengal....😋

When I talk about West Bengal cuisines the first thing comes up in mind is Fish Curry and why not this is the place which we can say as the fish heaven for all the fish lover's across the world. Bengalis loves food like anything for them food is the ultimate love they are never satisfied with a single taste they always try to explore new recipe. Their food dishes are basically sweet and spicy with an unique taste which feels like anything.

   A typical Bengali breakfast starts with Luchi and Aloo dum this dish taste like heaven it's one of my favorite dish  The spicy flavour of Torkari is balanced with steaming hot luchis and trust me it's the most awesome breakfast you are going to have in your life if you ever try it.

No Bengali festival is complete without this delectable sweet curd. This light dish after a meal will quickly cool you down, leaving a delicious flavour behind. Mishti Doi has a thick and dense texture, just like ice cream. The dry fruits give the yogurt a crunchy flavour.
